Crispy Chicken Popcorn Recipe
Skip the clutter of multiple spices — just use Balwant Masala All-in-One Spice Blend to replace red chili, black pepper, chaat masala, dried herbs, and more. Convenient, fast & delicious!
Ingredients:
- 400 grams Boneless Chicken (cut into very small cubes)
- 2 Eggs
- Oil for deep-frying
- 2 tablespoons Cornflour / Corn Starch
- 4 tablespoons Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2½ tablespoons Balwant Masala All-in-One Spice Blend
Method:
In a bowl, mix the chicken cubes with eggs, cornflour, red chilli powder, lemon juice, and the Balwant Masala All-in-One Spice Blend. Let it marinate for at least 15–20 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep pan. Once hot, gently drop in the marinated chicken pieces and fry until crispy and golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dip!
